Gary W. Beem

Gary founded Northwest Commercial Mortgage Company in 1989 with Dave Pontius after working at George Elkins Company, Peoples Bank Mortgage and Rainier Mortgage (Security Pacific Bank). Gary's major production responsibilities at each of these institutions included commercial loan placement with correspondent life insurance companies and designated real estate broker facilitating equity transactions. He received his BA in Economics from The University of Washington in 1974. Gary maintains an active Washington State Real Estate Broker License and is a member of various trade associations in the community.

David M. Pontius

Dave co-founded Northwest Commercial Mortgage Company in 1989 with Gary Beem. Dave and Gary worked together during their years at Rainier Mortgage (Security Pacific Bank). Dave focused on income producing properties with an emphasis in construction and permanent lending for the bank portfolio, as well as permanent loan placements with correspondent life insurance companies. Prior to those years, Dave worked at a stock brokerage and commercial bank for over ten years, as well as First Interstate Bank in the early 80's. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1965 and a MBA from San Jose State University in 1968.

Bryan J. Foxley

Bryan joined Northwest Commercial Mortgage Company in 2003. Bryan focuses on brokering income producing properties to institutional lenders. Bryan has a rich background in FNMA DUS multifamily closings, as well as conduit and life company originations. Bryan was with Peter Wong Associates for several years after coming from Continental (now Homestreet Capital) - where he originated, analyzed, underwrote and packaged both permanent and construction loans for five years. Prior to Continental, Bryan was responsible for originations in the Washington and Oregon market for Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company. He received a BA in Business and Economics from the University of Puget Sound in 1978.

Doug Thatcher

Before joining Northwest Commercial Mortgage Company as a loan analyst, Doug's occupation was in mortgage loan servicing at Peoples Bank Mortgage for over seven years. He then went on to Bellingham National Bank (Key Bank), where Doug was Assistant Controller. He received a BA in Economics from University of Washington in 1985 and a MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1987.

Casey Bradley

Casey came to Northwest Commercial Mortgage in 1998 after working in Safeco Life Insurance Company's Income Property Loan Closing and Underwriting Department for five years. In 1993, Casey left Pacific First Bank after 15 years of service. During her tenure at Pacific First Bank, Casey worked in various bank branches in Olympia, Tacoma, Bellevue and Seattle. At these branches Casey's responsibilities ranged from commercial and residential loan closing and construction administration to loan servicing and customer service. She received an Associates of Arts from Bellevue Community College, holds a Washington State Real Estate Sales License and a Limited Practice Officer License.
